Real Gateway Integration Test

Run the live integration test to verify:

• Claude Agent SDK traffic goes through Respan gateway (no direct Anthropic key required).
• Exporter uploads tracing payloads to real Respan ingest endpoint.

Required environment variables:

Optional environment variables:
