rewynd — Python capture shim

Zero-config OpenTelemetry capture for Python backends, exporting to the local rewynd core. Same recorder, same TUI/CLI/MCP — for Python.

Then in another terminal: rewynd tui (or rewynd ls / rewynd watch). It captures HTTP requests, DB queries (psycopg2 / SQLAlchemy), outbound calls (requests / httpx), and trace-correlated logs — with N+1 and slow-query detection, exactly like the Node shim.

rewynd-run wraps OpenTelemetry's auto-instrumentation and points it at the core (http://localhost:4318). It refuses to start under ENV=production unless REWYND_FORCE=1.
