Reza Filter (C++-accelerated) — Python package

Goal: users do:

What is accelerated in C++

• Gain template generation (low/high/band)
• Auto-d selection via edge-sharpness convergence
• rFFT-domain complex multiply (X * gain)

FFT/iFFT uses NumPy.
