RF Commands is a set of tools used by RiboFlow pipeline to compile alignment statistics, deduplicate, etc.
Installation
Pip
pip install rfcommands
Github
You can install the latest version from github:
pip install git+https://github.com/ribosomeprofiling/rfcommands.git

rfc <command> [arguments]
