rhoPCA
Implements generalized eigenvalue decomposition for target and background (or two contrasted conditions) scRNA-seq data. Written for compatibility with anndata objects.
$\rho$ PCA finds axes that maximize variation in the target samples while minimizing variance in the background samples.
