Command line bindings for the py-rolldice library

# rolldice-binding A python module that binds the very useful py-rolldice commands into a simple command line application which can be called from the comand line.
## Usage: Install the module. ` python -m pip install rolldice-binding `
Now you should be able to call this from the command line. ` $ rolldice 2d10+4 `
