Remote Python Call Next Generation (RPyC-NG) is a transparent and symmetric distributed computing library

Project description

Version Python Versions Build Status License: MIT

RPyC-NG (pronounced like are-pie-see next generation), or Remote Python Call Next Generation, is a transparent library for symmetrical remote procedure calls, clustering, and distributed-computing. RPyC-NG makes use of object-proxying, a technique that employs python’s dynamic nature, to overcome the physical boundaries between processes and computers, so that remote objects can be manipulated as if they were local. It is based on the RPyC works from Tomer Filiba which does not seem to be maintained any longer.
