sam3360

A tiny CLI that fetches my public GitHub profile and displays it directly in your terminal.

Installation

pip install sam3360

Usage

sam3360 --info

Example output:

User: sam3360
Name: Samarth Chugh
Bio: ...
Public Repos: ...
Profile URL: https://github.com/sam3360

The information is fetched live from GitHub, so changes to my profile can appear without requiring a new package release.

What It Shows

• 👤 GitHub username
• 🪪 Name
• 📝 Bio
• 📦 Public repository count
• 🔗 GitHub profile URL

How It Works

sam3360 uses GitHub's public API:

https://api.github.com/users/sam3360

The CLI retrieves the public profile data and displays the selected information in your terminal.

No GitHub token or authentication is required.

Requirements

• Python 3.8+
• Internet connection

None.
