LIBRA - Machine Translation between paired Single-Cell Multi-Omics Data
Summary
LIBRA is a scalable toolkit for AI-Single-Cell data integration and prediction. It includes loading, clustering and visualization for either tasks. The Python-based implementation efficiently deals with big datasets as well as reduce the time requirements for multiple grid-base model trainings using parallelization.
