scanpy workflow support function
This package will be useful to you if you are using scanpy to analyse your singlecell RNA-seq data.
This package contains lot of scanpy functions grouped together to speed up your analysis.
There are additional plotting functions.
There are functions to read, analyse and visulise spatial data as well.
