scikit-surgeryultrasonix

Python bindings for Ultrasonix machine.

Only works on Windows with 32-bit version of Python.

Tested with Python 3.7.

Prerequisites

You must have the Ulterius SDK on your local machine, and add the bin folder to your system path.

If sdk is in C:\Ulterius\sdk_612\bin

In Windows CMD set PATH=%PATH%;C:\Ulterius\sdk_612\bin

In Git Bash export PATH=$PATH:/c/Ulterius/sdk_612/bin

Example Usage

import numpy as np
import cv2

ip = "128.16.0.3" # This is the IP address of the Ultrasonix

U = sksurgeryultrasonix.Ultrasonix.CreateInstance()
U.connect_to_host(ip)
