Simple Python Tkinter screen ruler
options:
-h, --help show this help message and exit
-b BACKGROUND, --background BACKGROUND
color name (red) or hexcode (#f00)
-m MARK_COLOR, --mark_color MARK_COLOR
color name (red) or hexcode (#f00)
-p POSITION_COLOR, --position_color POSITION_COLOR
color name (red) or hexcode (#f00)
Keybindings are:
CTRL-Q or ESC - exit
CTRL-T - toggle orientation (horizontal or vertical)
CTRL-S - change size to small (250x75)
CTRL-M - change size to medium (500x75)
CTRL-L - change size to large (750x75)
Left arrow, Right arrow, Up arrow, Down arrow - move (+10 while holding Control, +25 while holding Shift)
