Medical image segmentation evaluation CLI tool.

Installation

pip install se-cli

Usage

# Show version
se --version

# Run evaluation
se exam --input config.jsonc

# Run visualization
se view --input data.jsonc

# Print aggregate metric summary from an existing CSV
se summary --exam_csv output/exam_result.csv

# Generate example configs
se exam get
se view get
