Seal: Sequence Alignment on Hadoop.
Seal is a of MapReduce application for biological sequence alignment. It runs on Hadoop (http://hadoop.apache.org) through Pydoop (http://pydoop.sourceforge.net), a Python MapReduce and HDFS API for Hadoop.
