A package to download SEC filings. Best used in conjunction with SEC Parsers

company metadata filing metadata download all 10-ks, etc xbrl? https://www.sec.gov/cgi-bin/browse-edgar?action=getcurrent may have to scrape sitemap - look into scraping rss feed?

If a company is new, the data on file may not record it.
