A client library for SEC company filings and registration info.
Make queries to retrieve and filter company filings and download the actual submitted form files.
Covers SEC Edgar filings for more than 10000 publicly listed companies.
Supports more than 400 SEC form types including 10-K, 10-Q, 3, 4, 5, 8-K, 6-K, 11-K and more.
Free API token is available on https://sec-api.com
