Shebang Markdown IDE
ShebangMd is a terminal-based Markdown IDE built with Textual.
It gives you:
- A Markdown editor with live preview
- A project file explorer
- Tabs for multiple open files
- A log area for actions and errors
- A clean, keyboard-first terminal UI
This is an early version / skeleton. Many features are still being wired up.
Installation (development)
Clone the repo and install in editable mode:
git clone https://github.com/aryaneelshivam/shebangMarkdownIDE.git
cd shebangMarkdown
pip install -e .
Download files
Download the file for your platform. If you're not sure which to choose, learn more about installing packages.
