Project Introduction: Signal Pathway Simulator is a simulation tool based on MAPK signaling pathways, designed to build and visualize complex reaction networks using model files in SBML format. It fills the gap that current tools (such as PathVisio) cannot directly load SBML files, and provides improved functions to support the simulation and visualization of complex signal networks.
