Python package to handle in silico experiments
Installation
Assuming you have a Python3 distribution with pip:
pip3 install silico
Command line interface
To run the command line interface see:
silico --help
If the bin is not in the path you can do instead:
python -m silico --help
Character User Interface (curses)
To run a CUI to handle running the experiment(s) defined in a module:
python -m silico.cui <modulee>
