Env var	Purpose
SILVANEXUM_API_KEY	Required. Scoped key (read+run recommended).
SILVANEXUM_BASE_URL	API base (default https://api.silvanexum.com).
SILVANEXUM_WEB_URL	Web base for replay URLs (default https://silvanexum.com).
