Ecosystem
simnibs-reader consumes inputs from:
- simnibs
- simnibs-modular (damaged-brain simnibs preparation)
And simnibs-reader outputs are consumed by:
- simnibs-analyze (basic statistical analysis - preparation for behavioral/clinical correlation)
- opti-stroke (automated pipeline to optimize tES in clinical usages)
