This package realizes sending and receiving can message functionality. Since 1.9.0 version, DBC file can be chosen to be loaded when initializing simpleCan instance, so that you can send & receive message based on information provided by DBC file2.3.0 Updating channel index issue. Now whenever an instance is created, channel index should be assigned as list2.3.1 check if DBC initial value is greater than maximum value2.3.2 check if DBC signal.raw_initial or scale is none
