A library to generate sinusoidal waveforms with a DC offset. Usage: import sine_generator as gen t,sine_wave=gen.sine_generate(amplitude, frequency, sampling_rate, duration) #t: Time array #sine_wave_with_offset: Sine wave with DC offset
