skiba is now forestspot
The skiba package has been renamed to forestspot. This final skiba release is a compatibility shim that installs forestspot and forwards all imports (with a DeprecationWarning). Please switch to:
pip install forestspot
and replace import skiba.<module> with import forestspot.<module>.
