SKPAR is a software tool intended to automate the optimisation of parameters for the Density Functional Tight Binding (DFTB) theory as implemented in dftb+ (BCCMS Bremen), lodestar (The University of Hong Kong) and other computer codes. SKPAR was formerly SKOPT.
