Simulating how satellite orbits weave across telescope skies.
skyweaver is a Python framework for exploring satellite orbits:
- trace ground tracks across Earth
- produce sky tracks as seen by observatories
- segment into above-horizon passes
- accumulate HEALPix sky coverage maps A Python framework for simulating satellite orbits and how they weave tracks across telescope beams
skyweaver is designed to install cleanly with a single invocation of the standard Python package tool:
pip install skyweaver
