slophammer placeholder
This is a reserved placeholder for the future bare slophammer command.
It intentionally does not provide an import slophammer module. The Python
implementation owns that import namespace through slophammer-py.
uvx slophammer-py check .
uvx slophammer-py dry .
Use slophammer-py until the full dispatcher is released.
