smriprep-msm

把 sMRIPrep 0.20.0 镜像（nipreps/smriprep:0.20.0）里的原版 msm（MSM_HOCR，基于 FSL 6.0.2 构建， msm --help 显示 "Part of FSL (ID: 6.0.2:a4f562d9)"）原样打包成 pip wheel，连同它在镜像里加载的 共享库（expat、zlib、OpenBLAS 0.3.20（openmp 版）、libstdc++、libgcc_s、libgfortran、libgomp、 libquadmath）。不重写任何算法，不重新编译。

• 安装后命令 msm 可用（Python 启动器把包内 lib/ 放到 LD_LIBRARY_PATH 最前面，再 exec 包内的 原版二进制），也可用 python -m smriprep_msm --check 核对文件完整性（SHA-256 与构建记录比对）。
• 只能在 Linux x86_64、glibc ≥ 2.35 上运行（wheel 标签 manylinux_2_35_x86_64；glibc 本身不打包）。
• sMRIPrep 的 smriprep.interfaces.msm.MSM 调用 PATH 上的 msm，安装本包即可；在镜像内 /usr/local/bin/msm 已存在，与本包里的二进制逐字节相同。
• 许可：MSM_HOCR 仅限非商业科研用途（licenses/MSM_HOCRLicense.txt，以及 ELC、FastPD 的许可说明）； 其余运行库按各自 Debian copyright 条款（licenses/*.copyright）。这是非官方的重新打包。

构建（在镜像容器里）：python native_g/msm_wheel/build_wheel.py OUTDIR。

Unofficial binary redistribution

This package redistributes the original MSM_HOCR binary from the nipreps/smriprep:0.20.0 image and its required runtime libraries. It does not rewrite, modify or recompile the MSM registration algorithm. This is not an official MSM, FSL or NiPreps release and is not endorsed by those projects.

After publication, install on Linux x86_64 with glibc >= 2.35 and Python >= 3.7:

Native Windows and macOS execution is not supported. On Windows, install and run this package inside a compatible WSL2 Linux environment or Linux container. The installer provides the msm command; glibc itself is not bundled.

License and companion FreeSurfer registration

MSM_HOCR is distributed only for non-commercial research purposes. The MSM_HOCR, ELC/HOCR permission and FastPD terms, and the bundled runtime-library notices are included under smriprep_msm/licenses/. Installing the package does not grant commercial-use rights or replace the upstream terms.

MSM itself does not use FreeSurfer's license.txt. If your workflow also runs FreeSurfer, every user must separately obtain their own FreeSurfer license at https://surfer.nmr.mgh.harvard.edu/registration.html, save the supplied file, and configure it in the Linux environment:

No personal FreeSurfer license is included, generated, or shared by this package. Do not upload your license file to PyPI or a source-code repository.
