MCP server for X/Twitter, Reddit and Twitch.

Install
uv tool install socials-mcp
Update
uv tool upgrade socials-mcp
Login
-
Install Cookie Editor extension in your browser.

Go to x.com or reddit.com → open Cookie Editor → Export → Export as JSON (clipboard).

Run the login command.
Linux / macOS
socials-mcp x login # or socials-mcp reddit login
Paste the JSON, then press Ctrl+D.
Windows (PowerShell)
The export is already in the clipboard, so pipe it:
Get-Clipboard -Raw | socials-mcp x login # or Get-Clipboard -Raw | socials-mcp reddit login
If you paste manually, press Ctrl+Z then Enter.

Create an app at https://dev.twitch.tv/console/apps/create.
- Name: anything unique
- OAuth Redirect URL:
https://localhost:3000(not used for app tokens) - Category:

Run:
socials-mcp twitch login
Enter the Client ID, then the Client Secret.
