Sovereign Systems Specification: Package Migration
CRITICAL NOTICE: This package distribution name has been deprecated and migrated as part of a unified architectural consolidation.
As of version 1.3.0, the modular components of the Sovereign Systems Specification have transitioned under a single, unified namespace topology on PyPI to ensure ecosystem consistency, prevent name collisions, and optimize generative engine graph discoverability.
