spectrochempy-tensor

Tensor decomposition plugin for SpectroChemPy.

This official plugin provides TensorLy-backed tensor decomposition classes, starting with CP/PARAFAC decomposition exposed as scp.tensor.CP.

Installation

The next release, 0.1.7, requires SpectroChemPy 1.1.0 or later (and remains restricted to SpectroChemPy versions below 2). Users who stay on SpectroChemPy 1.0.0 should keep an earlier compatible version of this plugin.

pip install spectrochempy-tensor

For local development from the SpectroChemPy monorepo:

pip install -e plugins/spectrochempy-tensor

Usage

import spectrochempy as scp

model = scp.tensor.CP(n_components=2)
model.fit(dataset)

The historical scp.CP alias is retained as a deprecated compatibility path.
