Shared badge node and CSS for Sphinx autodoc extensions in the gp-sphinx ecosystem.

Provides BadgeNode, HTML visitors, and builder helpers that sphinx-autodoc-api-style, sphinx-autodoc-pytest-fixtures, and sphinx-autodoc-fastmcp share.
