Compatibility stub for renamed to sphinxcontrib-hdl-diagrams.

sphinxcontrib-verilog-diagrams was renamed to sphinxcontrib-hdl-diagrams as it now supports more langauges than just verilog!
This stub module remains for backwards compatibility, but you should update to using the new name.
