A CLI tool to download Spotify playlist/album tracks as mp3 files.

spot2mp3
Convert your favourite spotify playlists and albums to MP3 files!
MP3 files come packaged with correct metadata, including album covers.
NOTE: single song download does not work yet. If you want to download a single songs, make a playlist with a single song inside.
Installation
- Install Python and
pip.pipwill usually install by default with python. If it is not installed, download get-pip.py and execute the script withpython3 get-pip.py. - Run
pip install spot2mp3.
Usage
Downloading a playlist to default folder "downloads":
spot2mp3 <playlist_link>
Output specification (downloads songs into specified folder):
spot2mp3 <playlist_link> -o <output_folder>
Download files
Download the file for your platform. If you're not sure which to choose, learn more about installing packages.
