Official short-name alias package for OpenSquilla

squilla
squilla is the official short-name alias package for
OpenSquilla.
Installing this package installs opensquilla==0.3.0 and exposes a squilla
console command that forwards to the OpenSquilla CLI.
pip install squilla
squilla --help
