STAGATE Modern
This is a maintained distribution of the original STAGATE graph-attention autoencoder for spatial transcriptomics.
The import name remains STAGATE_pyG, while the distribution is published as
stagate-modern:
python -m pip install stagate-modern
This distribution keeps the algorithmic path used by ChatSpatial and removes
the unreachable torch_sparse.SparseTensor branch. STAGATE constructs ordinary
PyTorch edge-index tensors, so the compiled and increasingly difficult to
install torch-sparse package is not required.
The maintained public API is:
Cal_Spatial_NetStats_Spatial_Nettrain_STAGATESTAGATE
The original authors and publication are credited in NOTICE.md.
