StarForge（星锻）命令行客户端。源码在平台仓 cli/，以 PyPI 包 starforge-cli 发布，安装后提供 sf 命令。

pip install starforge-cli
sf init my-lab --yes

官方示例项目见独立仓库 starforge-tutorial。本目录不是微调项目，不要在这里 sf new。
