stella-harness
This is a placeholder release. stella-harness is under development and not yet usable.
This 0.0.1 upload exists only to claim the distribution name. It installs a single inert
placeholder module — no CLI, no functionality. The first real release will be 0.1.0 or later.
stella is a development harness: it turns a project's goals into scheduled, gated, reviewed, and merged units of work, executed by agents running under Claude Code, with a human operator intervening only where routed.
