A minimal Python package managed with Poetry.

Setup

Install Poetry if it is not already available, then install the project:

poetry install

Common commands

poetry run pytest   # Run tests
poetry build        # Build wheel and source distribution
poetry publish      # Upload a release to PyPI

Before publishing, update the package description and author in pyproject.toml, then configure a PyPI token:

poetry config pypi-token.pypi YOUR_TOKEN
poetry publish --build

Use poetry version patch, poetry version minor, or poetry version major before publishing a new release.
