suken-cite

Back every claim with a picture of its source. suken-cite renders a web page, PDF, Word .docx, CSV or code file so it looks like the original, circles the quoted text in red and shows your note (for example a translation) right under it. An LLM agent such as Claude Code screenshots that view with chrome-devtools, and the reader opens one short link per claim.

Requirements

• Python 3.9+ (no other Python dependencies; the browser bundles are pre-built).
• Chrome, and Claude Code with the chrome-devtools MCP server, for taking screenshots.
• For web pages: that Chrome must expose its DevTools port; SingleFile CLI is downloaded on first use.
• Linux or macOS.
