Typed, YAML-friendly models and lifecycle tools for supervisord.

The package models supervisord configuration sections, renders
supervisord.conf, loads Hydra/YAML configuration, exposes an XML-RPC client,
and provides the _supervisor_convenience lifecycle CLI.
