SURFRAME (SUR = Semantic Unified Record)
Formato de datos + toolkit para reemplazar CSV/JSONL con tipado fuerte, Indices y linaje.
MVP (paso actual)
- Estructura de repo creada.
- Nucleo operativo:
write/readcon particionado porcountry, IÂndicesminmax/bloom,plan,inspect,validate,reindex,optimize,stats,advise. - CLI
