Swarmauri Tool Jupyter From Dict

Creates a validated Jupyter NotebookNode from a Python dictionary using nbformat.

Features

• Validates notebook structure against nbformat schema.
• Returns {"notebook_node": ...} on success or {"error": ...} when conversion fails.

Prerequisites
