synapse-runtime-sdk-video
The H.264 encoder/decoder for synapse-runtime-sdk: libx264 (CPU) and h264_nvenc (NVIDIA) through a bundled
FFmpeg 8.1 (GPL; its licence ships inside the wheel as FFMPEG-LICENSE.txt). Install it as the extra:
pip install "synapse-runtime-sdk[video]"
Then synapse_sdk.media.HAS_CODEC is true and H264Encoder, H264Decoder, TestPattern, VideoPublisher,
VideoSubscriber work. Linux x86_64 only for now.
