TIE Rubricator
Набор утилит для разработки обработчиков, которые рубрицируют документы.
В рамках этой библиотеки предоставляется:
- модель данных для представления рубрикаторов
- средства для загрузки рубрикаторов (из локальных файлов, либо со стенда Talisman)
- абстрактный класс обработчика, который при инициализации получает рубрикатор специфицированным образом
