Instantly send clipboard content or text from your computer to Telegram.
A lightweight CLI that moves text, code, links, and commands from your desktop straight to Telegram โ built for developers, students, and anyone who lives between a laptop and a phone.

๐ฆ Installation
pip install tgclip
Verify it worked:
tgclip
โ Prerequisites

๐ Quick Start
tgclip init
You'll be prompted for:
โ Your name
โก Telegram Bot Token
๐พ Configuration is stored locally on your machine โ nothing is uploaded anywhere else.
๐ Commands
tgclip init โ Initialize
Configure TGCLIP for first-time use.
tgclip send โ Send
Send the current clipboard content to Telegram.
tgclip watch โ Watch
Continuously monitor the clipboard and auto-send anything newly copied.
Stop with Ctrl + C.
tgclip shell โ Shell
Launch an interactive shell for sending multiple messages without restarting the command.
Exit with /exit or Ctrl + C.
tgclip config โ Configuration
Display your current configuration.
tgclip doctor โ Doctor
Runs a full health check:
- โ Configuration
- โ Clipboard access
- โ Internet connectivity
- โ Telegram API access
- โ Bot token
- โ Chat ID
tgclip reset โ Reset
Wipes the current configuration so you can start fresh.
