Thornbed
Thornbed is a simple oEmbed wrapper to help you get metadata from different services
It currently supports imgur, youtube, flickr, quickmeme, vimeo
It is very easy to add new services to it, since it uses oEmbed lib
And even you can add a service that doesn’t provide oEmbed suppert like imgur, quickmeme, etc…
Getting started
Download and install this package.
use it:
import thornbed res = thornbed.embed('http://youtu.be/a1Y73sPHKxw')Have fun !
