Installation

Install the latest version from pypi:

pip install tiamat-justice

If reading zarr is required, install with [zarr]:

pip install tiamat-justice[zarr]

About

tiamat-justice contains specific readers and transformers for data format used at the Institute of Neurocience and Medicine (INM-1) as Forschungszentrum Jülich.

Examples on how to use tiamat-justice are given in examples.
