发布：
注册pypi账号： https://pypi.org/account/register/
新建配置.env文件：
https://pypi.org/manage/account/
点击：”Add API token“
复制token到.env文件中
安装打包工具： pip install setuptools wheel twine
运行public.py： python public.py
安装： 安装依赖： pip install --upgrade TJW --index-url https://pypi.org/simple/ 查看: pip show TJW 使用: python -c "from tjw import tjw; tjw.hello('hello,world!')"
