tomobase

Common base classes and utilities shared by tomoscan (tomography scan reading) and volio (volume load/save):

  • the TomoObject / BaseIdentifier
  • Series, Source, Progress, CoordinateSystem
  • shared IO, geometry and deprecation utilities

installation

using pypi

To install the latest 'tomobase' pip package

pip install tomobase

using gitlab repository

pip install git+https://gitlab.esrf.fr/tomotools/tomobase.git
